Taylorandmax.com website is operated by Taylor + Max. Throughout the site, the term "we", "us" and our refer to Taylor +Max. Taylor + Max offers this website, including all tools, services, information presented on this site to you, the user, is conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions, policies and notices stated here and on our website.
Please read our Terms + Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If our Terms + Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms + Conditions.
We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any section within these Terms + Conditions. We will post updates on our website. You agree to periodically check our Terms + Conditions and Policies. Your continued use of our website following the notification of changes constitutes acceptance of all changes.
Taxes + Duties
Our payment processor will automatically and appropriately charge taxes and duties on orders that require taxes to be collected by Federal and State laws. We are not responsible for waiving or paying your taxes and duties. On occasion, the State of Illinois may designate a no tax day on certain items purchased in the state of Illinois. Only then will we adjust the taxes as required by the law.
PURCHASES ON POPULAR LAUNCH DAYS
Kindly purchase with extreme care, caution and most importantly consideration. Brands that are included are Soor Ploom and Misha & Puff. Orders placed on launch day that are requested to be canceled will incur a restocking fee of 30%. Any order that was made on launch day that is returned will incur a 30% restocking fee. A store credit for the balance will be issued for you to use at a different time.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders.

TAYLOR + MAX gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, Wechatpay and Afterpay.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from our website or brick and mortar, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions , including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available through out our website. These Terms + Conditions and Policies apply to all users, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
GENERAL STORE TERMS
We reserve the right to refuse service.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our services without written permission by us.
At times, the site may contain particular historical information or inaccurate information, omissions, typographical error as it relate to a product title, product description, product price, promotions, shipping fees and availability. We reserve the right at any time to modify the content and/or correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions on this site. This may also result in us canceling your order without prior notice.
Prices of our products and services are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change or discontinuance of service.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse any order that you place with us. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, including orders placed under the same customer profile, customer credit card that uses the same billing and/or shipping address. Any changes or modifications made by us will be communicated to you by phone or email.
We reserve the right to limit and prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement appear to be placed by bots, dealers, resellers or distributors. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
Backorders and Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, we may run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you ordered in stock, you will be notified by email or phone. If you were charged for the order, we will issue a full refund.
If we are expected to restock the item at a later date, we will contact you to let you know the expected date.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns are accepted for a refund, exchange or store credit. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days from when the package arrived. If the merchandise is defective, claims must be made within 2 business days of package arrival.
All returns, exchanges or store credits must be pre-authorized by email prior to returning the merchandise to TAYLOR + MAX. We recommend that you insure your return via a traceable courier. We can also email a return label. A fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your total once the package has been received. Once a return is received, it could take up to 5-7 business days to inspect and initiate the refund process.
You may send us an email at hello@taylorandmax.com and we will guide you through the return process. All items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, no stains, no pet hair, etc). You may request a refund (less all shipping charges to and from) or store credit for use on any future order. We will not issue a refund or exchange on lost packages.
PLEASE NOTE: Playsuits, swimsuits, undergarments, hair accessories, plush, eating utensils, teethers and Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
We are available to answer all questions you may have prior to making your purchase. We reserve the right to deny any returns and refunds that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
Orders purchased as a gift may be exchanged for store credit only.
Please be advised that items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If an item is damaged when you receive it, please report the damage to TAYLOR + MAX within 2 calendar days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
TAYLOR + MAX does not accept returns on items that were purchased from retailers other than TAYLOR + MAX Children's Boutique brick and mortar or www.taylorandmax.com. Please contact the retailer directly from where you purchased the merchandise.

Terms for Rewards Program (as of June 29, 2017)
This rewards program was created for our guests to be rewarded for their purchases. To earn TAYLOR + MAX points, you must create an account and be logged in before making a purchase. You will not accumulate points if you are not logged into your account and we are unable to assign points after the order has been placed.
- The code is for one-time use and only one coupon code can be applied for each order.
- Points are issued 24 hours after the time of purchase. Points must be redeemed within one year from when they were issued, otherwise the points will expire.
- Points earned from an order may be subtracted from a member's account under the following conditions:
- If an order status is marked as "canceled" or "declined", all points originally earned for the order will be subtracted;
- If an order contains a refunded amount, then points will be subtracted based on the refunded amount. If an order status is marked as refunded, but there is no refunded amount value, then all points originally earned for the order will be subtracted.
TAYLOR + MAX will not disclose your information to any third parties. All personal information that you provide is confidential and will be used to process your order. We may contact you about special promotions and new products. If you would like for your name to be removed from our mailing list, please email hello@taylorandmax.com
Security
We verify our network security and frequently review our all internal security policies to ensure that they keep up with current industry standards.
We verify all transactions that are submitted to us. We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you may place with us. At our discretion, we may refuse any order that is placed with us. We will notify you by email or telephone if we cancel your order.
