Due to severe weather conditions, orders shipping to Florida may experience delays.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. We will try our best to correct the shipping address per your written request. Please email us at hello@taylorandmax.com with the subject heading ADDRESS CHANGE.

During low peak days, Orders will ship from our showroom within two business days.  However, during launch days of our popular brands and holidays, it may take up to one week for your order to ship.

All orders are shipped via trackable mail or courier. Every package is packed with care. Once your order is handed over to our trusted partners, Taylor + Max will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. You will need to contact the courier for tracking and to discuss the location of your shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for the delivery of International economy packages. International orders could be subject to import taxes, custom duties, tariffs, and customs fees once the shipment arrives at its destination.  The recipient may be responsible for such charges.  The charges can vary from country to country.  If international duties are not paid by the customer, and the package is returned to Taylor + Max, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and additional outgoing shipping costs.

All orders are shipped from our showroom located in Illinois.

Taylor + Max is not responsible for packages delivered to invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, custom delays. 

 

Order Processing

Items that are currently in stock will ship immediately. Orders placed on regular business days before 12pm CST will begin processing on the same day.
For any order placed on holidays, Saturday or Sunday, processing will begin on the next business day.  Pre-orders will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. Unfortunately, at this time, we can not deliver to US P.O. Boxes. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of date of delivery. 

Returns are accepted for refund, store credit or exchange on items that are purchased at full price. Clothing items must be unlaundered, unworn, undamaged with original tags still attached. Approved non-clothing items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Shoes must be returned in the original box or case. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Taylor + Max.

All plush toys, dishware, books, posters & prints, rattles, teethers, toothbrushes, hair accessories, underwear, socks, and tights are considered final sale. All sale items are considered final sale.  Additionally, sample sale items are final sale. For returns with 5 items or more, a 10%  restocking fee will be deducted from the return credit.

All items must be postmarked for return within 14 days from the post marked date. Taylor + Max does not cover return shipping costs.  We can provide a return shipping label for $7.50 per your request.  Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund amount or store credit.  We will cover the shipping cost of all outgoing exchanges.
