Shipping 

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. We can correct the shipping address per your written request. Please email us at hello@taylorandmax.com with the subject heading ADDRESS CHANGE.

Orders will ship from our showroom within two business days.  However, during launch days of our popular styles and holidays, it may take up to one week for your order to ship.

All orders are shipped via trackable mail or courier. Every package is packed with care. Once your order is handed over to our trusted partners, Taylor + Max will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. You will need to contact the courier for tracking and to discuss the location of your shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for the delivery of International economy packages. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.  If international duties are not paid by the customer, and the package is returned to Taylor + Max, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and additional outgoing shipping costs.

 

All orders are shipped from our showroom located in Illinois.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received if they are eligible under our return policy. For more return information, please refer to our returns policy below.

 

Taylor + Max is not responsible for packages delivered to invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, custom delays.
