Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange on items that are not discounted. Clothing items must be unlaundered, unworn, undamaged with original tags still attached. Approved non-clothing items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Shoes must be returned in the original box or case. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Taylor + Max.

All plush toys, dishware, books, posters & prints, hair accessories, underwear, socks, and tights are final sale. All sale items may not be returned. Additionally, sample sale items are final sale. For returns with 5 items or more, a $1 per item restocking fee will be deducted from the return credit.

All items must be postmarked for return within 14 days from the post marked date. Taylor + Max does not cover return shipping costs.  We can provide a return shipping label for $7.50 per your request.  Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the store credit.  We will cover the shipping cost of all outgoing exchanges.
