If your expectations are not met for any reason and you wish to exchange or return a unused item, you may ship the item back to us within fourteen (14) calendar days for a refund or exchange- minus the shipping charges.

Returns: Most new and unused items that are purchased at full price are eligible for return, exchange or store credit within 14 days of date of the shipping date. 

Returnable Condition: Eligible clothing must be unlaundered, not worn with original tags still attached, and in the condition it was received.  Eligible non-clothing items must be in the original packaging and not worn.   A tracking number must be assigned to all returns.

 Non-sale items may be returned with three options and exclusion note: 

  • Store Credit- Free postal return
  • Exchange - $7 Exchange Fee + Free postal return 
  • Original Payment Method - $7 Restocking Fee

Oversized shipments may incur greater shipping fee.  We will contact you with more details in the event such items need to be returned. 

  • All plush toys, dishware, books, posters & prints, rattles, teethers, toothbrushes, hair accessories, underwear, socks, and tights are considered final sale.
  • All sale items are considered final sale

Taylor + Max does not accept the liability for shipping loss or damage of returned items. 

Gift cards are non-refundable. 

All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your shipment. Please allow an additional three business days during season launches or holidays.

Defective or Damaged Items:  Rest assure, that quality is very important to us.  Each item is carefully inspected before shipping.  In the instance you receive an item that is damaged or defective, send an email to Hello@taylorandmax.com with details of the discrepancy and include photos.  We will respond with return/replacement instructions.

EXCHANGES: We are very proud of the products we offer at Taylor + Max and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not delighted with your purchase for any reason and you wish to return a standard unused item for a refund or exchange, you may ship the item back to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund, or fourteen (14) days of receipt for exchange. Items returned must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Please note, that special, custom, and/or made-to-order items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: USPS, DHL or UPS are available for international orders.  We highly recommend for you to select DHL or UPS as your shipping option so that we can guarantee tracking and swift handling of orders. Please note that International USPS shipping could take up to 25 days for the shipment to be received.  

International orders could be subject to import taxes, custom duties, tariffs, and customs fees once the shipment arrives at customs.  The recipient may be responsible for such charges.  The charges can vary from country to country.  If international duties are not paid by the customer, and the package is returned to Taylor + Max, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and additional outgoing shipping costs.If you have any questions please email hello@taylorandmax.com.

Taylor + Max does not cover return shipping costs.   Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund amount or store credit.  We will cover the shipping cost of all exchanges. Questionable Returns: If we suspect a return to be fraudulent, abusive or unduly repetitive, we reserve the right to refuse the return, and no exchanges and/or returns will be granted.
