Each collection is handmade by experienced artisans who earn a livable wage for their skill.  The designers of Donsje carefully hand select each leather and textile each season- focusing on durability, natural aesthetic and touch. All materials are tested to meet strict European standards.  

Donsje donates part of its profits to the Shining Star foundation, a school in Nairobi, Kenya established by two of the founders of Donsje. From their generousity, 250 school age children (2 to 9 years old) receive the opportunity for a better start in life.
